Domestic Returns

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to request a return and place a new order.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original condition as received.

  • Any promotional gifts included in your order must also be returned.

  • You must contact our customer service team in advance and receive confirmation before sending back any items.

To initiate a return, email us at help@2faceslab.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at help@2faceslab.com to request a return.

  2. If eligible, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Print the return label and bring your package to a USPS center. (You may also print the label at the USPS center.)

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned package, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., no longer needed, not as expected), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs:

  • Orders under $60: The refund amount will be deducted by the cost of the return label and the original shipping fee.

  • Orders over $60: The refund amount will be deducted by the cost of the return label and the original shipping fee (if free shipping was applied).

  • Partial Returns: A $6.99 return shipping fee (variable by region) will apply.

Damages & Missing Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To process your claim, we require the following:

  • A photo of the outer packaging showing the shipping label and tracking number.

  • A photo of all items inside the original packaging.

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.

Note: Failure to provide these images may result in denied compensation. Please take photos before discarding the packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
