We utilize USPS for our shipping services, with delivery times varying by location. On average, orders are delivered within 6-7 business days. Please note that unforeseen factors during the shipment process may cause delays.

SHIPPING COST

• Contiguous United States: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders.

• Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping rates may vary; please contact our customer service for specific details.

We offer free shipping for orders over $60 within the contiguous United States.

RECIPIENT'S ABSENCE/UNCLEAR ADDRESS

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate physical address, including street number, apartment or building number, and ZIP code. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays or failures. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to inaccurate address information.

If a package is returned to us due to the recipient's absence at the time of delivery or an incomplete/unclear address, a refund will be issued with the return shipping fees deducted.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

• PO Boxes: USPS delivers to PO Box addresses. Please ensure that your PO Box information is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

• Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): We ship to military addresses using USPS. When providing a military address, please use the following format:

   

  • Name: Full name of the recipient

  • Address Line 1: Unit or Box number

  • City: APO, FPO, or DPO

  • State: AA, AE, or AP

  • ZIP Code: Appropriate ZIP Code

Please omit the country name to ensure the package is handled within the military mail system. Be aware that shipping to military addresses may take longer than standard domestic delivery times due to transit and military mail processing
